- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company's 10-year vision and ESG commitments
- Lead 'Future Labs' - cross-functional sprints prototyping solutions for 2030 challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation programs embedding future-ready mindsets across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate innovation KPIs using advanced analytics and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MBA) in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Management
- 12+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI implications)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
