Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing breakthrough solutions for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and investment decisions
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Create strategic foresight frameworks and deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype solutions for 2026 market needs
- Represent the company at global forums and publish thought leadership on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching breakthrough innovations with measurable market impact
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts through 2030
