Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Champion human-centered design principles to ensure future solutions address evolving human needs
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product/service roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
