Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate foresight methodologies and future-proof business models
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain global networks with thought leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Integrate futures thinking into product development, marketing strategies, and corporate vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business and society
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
