You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-focused strategies into our business operations. Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts to forecast future market conditions and opportunities.
- Develop and present comprehensive futurist reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D teams to embed future-focused insights into product development and innovation.
- Build and maintain a network of experts, thought leaders, and innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of innovation and future readiness within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to align with evolving trends.
- Represent InnovateForward at industry conferences and events as a thought leader on future trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Technology, Social Sciences); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and technologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, biotechnology, and sustainable technologies.
