Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
