You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and future-proof roadmaps for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innnovation (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched
