Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and strategic briefs for C-suite executives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Drive implementation of sustainable technology frameworks across all product divisions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Present strategic vision at global industry conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
