Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business opportunities
- Produce forward-looking market assessments and competitive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable growth and disruption mitigation in rapidly evolving industries
- Partner with R&D and product teams to translate future insights into tangible innovation pipelines
- Represent company vision at global forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or trend analysis with proven 5-year+ forecasting success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario modeling)
- Track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or trend analysis projects
