Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor global policy/regulatory changes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Published futurist work or portfolio of innovation strategies
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
