Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop scenario roadmaps for climate-resilient infrastructure and metaverse ecosystems
- Champion human-centered design principles in autonomous systems and neural interface development
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build startup partnerships in space tech and synthetic biology
- Lead ethics frameworks for AGI and neuro-implantation governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching moonshot projects with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or equivalent applied experience
- Strong data visualization and trend storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics or disruption
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and venture capital ecosystems
