Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation opportunities
- Author strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future paradigms
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for 2026 use cases
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging tech trends or future scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
