Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating 2026+ market uncertainties
- Design innovation blueprints integrating exponential technologies with business transformation
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing operations and workforce evolution
- Author predictive intelligence reports distributed to executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-focused outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology verticals (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
