Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) and translate into business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
- Integrate ESG principles into long-term innovation planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
