Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and venture capital firms
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
