Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Produce executive-ready strategic roadmaps quantifying market impacts of emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems to capture breakthrough insights
- Design and implement future readiness audits for organizational resilience planning
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Manage Horizon's '2026 Vision Lab' incubator for experimental ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
