Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications
- Advise executive team on adaptive organizational structures for 2030 readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy implementation success
