Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise board members on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and strategic frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
