Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem across 15+ emerging sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech or Fortune 500
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related STEM field
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
