- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and simulation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
