Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision and market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight insights into actionable product and service concepts
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging trend adoption and innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning methodologies, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
