- Present futures intelligence to C-suite and board members using immersive VR simulations
- Build and mentor a global team of futurists, technologists, and design thinkers
- Publish quarterly trend reports that become industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of deploying exponential technologies at scale (e.g., AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
