Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic shifts to inform strategic foresight initiatives
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps for 2026+ horizons across product, service, and operational domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture transformation toward agile innovation adoption
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario planning and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSM, CFIP) strongly desired
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives required
