- Lead strategic workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight into actionable product concepts
- Analyze market gaps and emerging technologies to position InnovateForward as an industry pioneer
- Manage a portfolio of innovation experiments, measuring ROI and scaling successful initiatives
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and investors, securing buy-in for transformational projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team, fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or future-focused consulting
