Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of industry disruptors and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting innovation landscapes
- Develop KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
