Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author quarterly trend reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive audiences
- Drive innovation pipeline through emerging tech scouting
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough concepts in AI ethics and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Advanced certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
