Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology trends and societal shifts through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, biotech integration, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education programs
- Monitor ethical implications of breakthrough technologies and develop governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning frameworks)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Global perspective with experience across diverse cultural and economic contexts
