Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Translate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFIP, CPSI) preferred
