Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps by analyzing convergence of quantum computing, AI, and biotech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions in our Silicon Valley incubator
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in post-human tech landscapes
- Author quarterly trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Manage $2M annual innovation fund for experimental ventures
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and Singularity University summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning for decentralized AI and neurotech integration
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Signal Vine)
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts (e.g., Web3, AGI)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
