Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social signals to predict industry shifts through 2030
- Develop future-proof strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their market impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and innovation investments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience with horizon scanning tools like Delphi methods or trend mapping platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
