Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026-2030 innovation landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Portfolio demonstrating completed foresight projects or published trend analyses
