Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business strategy and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across the organization
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon as a market pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
