Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Author high-impact thought leadership content positioning FutureVision as an innovation authority
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation sprints and strategic initiatives
