- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create the future
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation, strategy, or R&D roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
