Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, finance, and mobility sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver keynote presentations and publish thought leadership on future-forward topics
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (TED, WEF, etc.)
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping initiatives launched since 2020
