As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities, develop scenario-based roadmaps, and pioneer solutions that redefine industries. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop and maintain trend maps, scenario frameworks, and innovation pipelines targeting 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product and business strategies
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces establishing industry thought leadership
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futures thinking into organizational planning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method)
