Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario modeling)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
