Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies preferred
