Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling highly advantageous
