- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with R&D and product teams
- Author quarterly trend reports and whitepapers on emerging industry paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFI)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Experience in high-growth tech or automotive sectors preferred
