Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive scenario models for strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion adoption of agile futures-thinking methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
