Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating long-term trend analysis with near-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market positioning
- Build scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and geopolitical uncertainties
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology horizons (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
