Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-powered sustainability solutions and human augmentation technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product blueprints
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of emerging technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and biotech interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Horizon Scanning' toolkit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies' societal impact (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Proficiency in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in tech ecosystems
