Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and presentations for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build quantitative and qualitative models to simulate future scenarios and quantify innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with demonstrated impact on tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leader with 5+ years of industry influence via keynotes, white papers, or patents
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
