Responsibilities

- Translate foresight findings into product roadmaps and business transformation plans

- Mentor junior innovation specialists on trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate innovation or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
