Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state goals
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation incubation fund
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technology forecasting (AI, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation fields
