Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze long-term trends across technology, geopolitics, and human behavior impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Monitor and evaluate emerging threats and opportunities in innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
