Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author trend reports and scenario analyses for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen solutions in sustainability and human augmentation
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, climate, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading high-impact projects with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready solutions brought to market
