Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map emerging technology trends through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive analytics
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption across sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF)
