Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product roadmaps, R&D priorities, and market entry strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making processes
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and incubation programs for prototype development and testing
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Monitor competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors influencing technology adoption and market evolution
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies and successful product launches
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating completed innovation projects or published foresight research
